Super friendly staff and they always get my order right! Even when they're slammed with orders it doesn't take all that long for them to cycle through the orders. Love this spot.

Ordered two vanilla lattes. One was fine, the second was pure milk and syrup. Unfortunately, this is not the first time they have messed up my order

Extremely rude baurista.
I ordered thru the Starbucks app, and got there to pick up my order, saw my drinks were ready and waiting, and I just asked whether my sandwiches were coming. And this woman went off on me. Seriously!???
I have been to many Starbucks locations, and the bauristas have always been nice, even when there is an extremely long line up.
Not only that, my coffee was missing the shot of vanilla I ordered.
Obviously no tip. -

Probably one of the best Starbucks in the KW area since it's attached to the Chapters. Very spacious, clean, and a variety of seating options available from bar tables, long tables, and armchairs. Buy a book from Chapters, grab a coffee, and enjoy your afternoon.

Chapters is our local big box bookstore chain, and part of the experience is to get a favourite beverage from this local Starbucks inside the Chapters store. I have no trouble spending time at this Starbucks, which isn't unusual for me, and judging by the apparently full-time swarm here, neither does anyone else. Staff make quick work of the lines here, but like everywhere else there is a Starbucks, there can be some waiting especially during peak times. Pretty well the same experience as the Waterloo Starbucks and Chapters.
